Here is a great recipe for banana bread it tastes great. and using
splnda and low fat butter milk it is healthy for you. I made 12 loves
today they are setting in the freezer freezing when they are frozen I
will put them in bags and use my vacuum sealer and I will have healthy
banana bread all summer. And I know Robby will post why use sugar
substitute and low fat milk because were diabetics. there you don’t have
to ask robby. Also the more brown the bananas you can get the better.
around here our walmart throws them away when they get brown they don’t
realize to make banana bread you need bananas that have gotten brown. So
I asked a friend to grab me some and today Went out and the manger was
there and he asked him what they should charge and he was like hey if
the guy wants them then he can have them free. The idiot don’t realize
people uae brown bananas for bread and they could make money off buy
marking them down. Also i used pecons rahter then walnuts this time and
I think it tiasted beter. Also i used whole whete flour in mine whihc is

Diabetes and our Emotions…

Tuesday, May 1st, 2007

I just found out something for real. January 1999 my diabetes was out
of control and I almost died. Thanks to God and a quick thinking
Diabetes team, they pulled my body systems out of shutting down one
by one. It took me 3 years to get well enough to work.
Then I was told, “Avoid stress as much as possible”. I said, “How?
Going to work each day will bring some stresses.”
Now I know why they said that. I worked at a job, where I did so well
I got a promotion to Headquarters office as Director of Routing &
Personnel. The job wasn’t hard, but required alot of thinking and
attention detail. While my mind loved it, my body didn’t. The doctors
had to increase my diabetes meds 4 times the amount, put me on 2 high
blood pressure medicines, and then my kidneys were having problems
and wanting to shut down.
What happens is the stress hormones effect your blood sugars, which
in turn effects also your blood pressure, your kidneys, your retna’s

Well-Meaning But Clueless Normies

Friday, April 13th, 2007

Tomorrow is my b-day. My co-workers (cow-workers?) gave me a bag of sugar free
candies
Reeces Peanut Butter Cups (Sugar Free)–serving size 5 pieces–carbs 23 g, less
1 g fiber
Hershey’s Dark Chocolate Candy (Sugar Free)–serving size 5 pieces–carbs 24 g,
less 3 g fiber
EQUAL Perfect Pleasures Mint Trio–serving size 4 pieces–carbs 15 g
EQUAL Perfect Pleasures Intense Fruits–ditto
This looks as though they aren’t a great deal better than the ‘leaded’ versions.
*sigh* They meant well, though.
