Hello :)

Friday, August 17th, 2007

Hello list! I am Sarah, married to Pat who was diagnosed as a type 2 2
years ago, but has recently been rediagnosed… or rather the new
doctor says he doesn’t know what is going on! Kind of scary.
I joined because this whole thing has just been insane and I don’t know
what to expect. The first question I have is do any of you have
emotional issues connected with your blood sugar levels. Things like
being emotionally detached and not being able to made decisions, or
even not feeling like you love your family anymore?
The second question I have is can you have low blood sugar symptoms
even when your blood sugar is in the 120 to 150 range if your avarage
has been around 250 for several months?
I hope these are appropriate questions for this list, and I look
forward to getting to know other people dealing with this challange.
In service,
Sarah

Note to newer members:
This guy,Robert Stickler, has been on this site before. He likes to post
messages like this apparently to incite controversy and bad feelings. He insults
people who question his claims of perfect readings and tries to get other people
to engage in arguments about how easy or hard it is to control one’s blood
sugar. Do a search in his name and you will see posts in 2005 where he does
exactly this. Thought I would give you a heads-up in case you would like to
forego his type of “sharing”.

Has anyone had any experience with a supplement called Colostrum helping people
with diabetes with sugar levels, or other effects of diabetes? If so, can any
one email me either articles with this information, or links to articles?
Also, I’ve heard that in the April Diabetes Forecast, there was an article about
some research being done through some organization about sleep patterns and
diabetes? I can’t find my last copy of the magazine, so was wondering if some
one could find it on the internet, or send me the link to find it. Thanks.

local DMV office was surprised that my license was suspened.

Look At

Sunday, January 14th, 2007

I refuse to look at things and call them ugly, for what I contemplate, I become.
I establish a powerful intention to see the beauty of spirit everywhere in this
world. Not only in what is lovely and pleasing, but in what I personally call
unlovely and difficult. The beauty is there to be seen, there to be invoked, and
I do it.
By standing firm on this understanding that what I see, I experience, I begin to
look for the evidence of things not yet seen in my life. Whatever I desire, I
look for it everywhere I am, even in the unlikely places. And I find it, within
my very self, revealed by the power of spirit’s natural and perfect laws of
manifestation. I give thanks for
the way this universe works, and I celebrate the beauty that I discover
everywhere I look.
