Diabetes Symptoms Weblog

Just got my latest A1c and it has dropped from 7.7 or so to 6.4. I
expect the next one to be even lower, because I think I have finally
figured out a menu that does not cause cause huge spikes, and I have
upped my metformin dose. And I guess losing 50 pounds since April
hasn’t hurt either.
