		<description>I did eat. I said I had a hamburger. In a hamburger the carbs work fast and
the fat and protein takes longer to affect blood sugar, and so in order to
stay as close to normal as possible I split my insulin dose. Otherwise the
fat and protein kick in at the same time as the Humalog stops working and I
go high.
