topic
here is a topic. has any one on here noticed if you go some were
relaxing you have better control of your diabetes. Were you don’t have
to worry about being here or there you don’t have to worry about crap
going on. Last weekend I went camping and I used the lowest amount of
lantuss I have ever used I went from 23 unites down to like 12 or so.
and I drooped my meal humalog down also. I even splurged on a huge piece
of cake and put strawberries with sugar and a chocolate frosting on it
and it barley raised my blood sugar in town it would have spiked it. I
am getting ready to head back out again I love living this close to the
worlds first national park Yellowstone park. . you can jump in the car
and be there in less then an hour I wa supposed to head out this
afternoon but my girl friend got asked to work late she is an icu nurse
and they got slammed she is the only ne of 3 nurse anthests so they
have to have 1 of the three on at all items unless they have a
anestiology doctor in house. You know they have those big studies were
the govt. pays you to do them I should do one on that. I live right nt
he mountains the forest but it isn’t the same at home our thinking about
all this stuff. and your stressed out when your camping or hiking you
can forgot it all. Today I as talking to my neighbor because we live
in the National forest the worlds first national forest kind funny hen
you say neighbor he lives 2 miles away from me that is my closet
neighbor unless you count the bears I have a bear family move in right
behind the cabin. but we were talking about how it is amazing we get to
live right in a forest just out side of the Yellowstone park. and here
people will save up there vacation time and take weeks or moths off work
to drive here and spend thousands of dollars to get here and I get to
live right here isn’t that great.

no dude, that doesnt seem logical. wouldnt being active and doing stuff
help to keep your blood sugars lower? why do you say your diabetes?
that seems like your taking ownership of it.
