The Popcorn Torture
There is a lady I work with; she is a wonderful person in many ways, but she
loves her popcorn. When she puts a bag through the microwave and eats it at her
desk the smell permeats the place. And as popcorn is one of the things which I
a) love but b) am not allowed to have any more, it is unpleasantly close to
torture. I don’t begrudge her the pleasure, but still. Just had to vent a
little. Thanks.

Are we diabetics not allowed to have popcorn. If so wow, I thinking it was
So
healthy with no salt butter etc on it. It’s torture to me to see folks
eating Shoneys Hot fudge cake & we can’t have it cuz of our diabetes.

Yeah foods you eat like Popcorn are definately a YMMV thing… Some of the
carby stuff can defiantely raise your sugars…
