Sorry to hear Gail, about your troubles. About
Herb, he just returned to tell himself, better than I
can do.<br
own?<br
after an other, a way of life you could say. But that
is nothing new for all of us. I’m still the best
looking man on the board and if you don’t believe that
just ask Herb,..he knows everything.

Hi Gail,<br
me about the B-12, but I know a little about some
types of anemia, and thought I would pass this along,
hope it helps. Both my mother and sister suffer from
pernicious anemia (lack of B-12) and have been told by each
of their doctors that the pills and sometimes even
eating food loaded with it is not always helpful,
because it is not absorbed well through the stomach. The
best way to receive B12 is in shot form, usually once
a month. My sister who has the anemia worse than my
mother receives shots twice a month, and they seem to
help with her stamina and such. Mom says she can
always tell when she is due another shot as she begins
to feel a lot weaker near the end of the month just
before the next one is due. Hope this helps you some!!
Take care everyone. <br
Herb, even though I’ve not been here long, I am keeping
you and your family in my thoughts and prayers. Bless
you sir, and your family!!<br

Cat,<br
what I was wanting to know. I don’t like starting on
anything, even vitamins, unless I check with my Dr. I have
heard many conflicting reports about vitamins B-12 and
E. I asked my Dr. about E and am on it now.<br
