		<description>Hi John,&#60;br
and have taken insulin ever since. Right now I take 5
or 6 injections a day, NPH 3x day and a sliding
scale of Humalog with food. It works pretty well. I've
always had good control and no complications--which is
why these leg problems are freaking me out now. I
started running hard again when they started up, and I
have to admit they are fading away, but I am afraid
the nerve damage is already done. I don't know. I
still have plenty of feeling on the legs and below the
sores down to my toes. Like I said, I have no insurance
right now so the pump is out of the question for
me.&#60;br</description>
