TOM: I am a 63 year old male with prolific
neurothapy in my legs. Excuse me leg, I have lost one due to
the neurothapy. Diabetes causes poor circulation in
the extremities and this poor circulation causes
nerve damage, ie neurothapy. I hate to tell you that
once the nerves are damaged there is not way to
correct the damage. The only thing you can do is do
everything in your power to prevent further damage. Basicly
this means exercise and diet must be directed along
these lines. As a diabetic I’m sure that your diet is
already restricted. It must be even more restricted in
order to maintain circulation. You must eliminate all
the items that are no-no’s for heart and circulatory
patients. If you would like I will get more specific for
you.<br
Hi Herb. My name is Sandy and I am 47 years old.
For the newbies, can you get more specific on what
all should eliminate from our diets to have the best
quality of life for our hearts and circulatory selves?
Thank you.
