diet help

Does anyone have a 7 day 1800 calorie diet made out? I am stupid when it comes
to making one out, Please help!

    i found that if i replace the fat and carbohydrates
    with some healthy versions like fibrous fruit the
    calories automatically go down.<br
    toast and small glass orange or juice for
    breakfast<br
    fat yougurt for snack. you could also hace a peach or
    banana.<br
    meat you like. with soup and sugarfree jello or
    pudding. you can have one cup of cooked rice or pasta or
    one small roll.<br
    on your activity 3 digestives or an apple or
    cucumbers or carrots.<br
    salad 1 cup cooked vegetable and any i cup equivalent
    of carbohydrate.<br

    you could have 1/2 a cup of milk or yougurt or again
    some fruit or a small bowl of cereal with low sugar.
