 i found that if i replace the fat and carbohydrates
 with some healthy versions like fibrous fruit the
 calories automatically go down.&#60;br
 toast and small glass orange or juice for

 fat yougurt for snack. you could also hace a peach or
 banana.&#60;br
 meat you like. with soup and sugarfree jello or
 pudding. you can have one cup of cooked rice or pasta or
 one small roll.&#60;br
 on your activity 3 digestives or an apple or
 cucumbers or carrots.&#60;br
 salad 1 cup cooked vegetable and any i cup equivalent
 of carbohydrate.&#60;br
