Does anyone have a 7 day 1800 calorie diet made out? I am stupid when it comes
to making one out, Please help!

Jodi and I have to act like adults tomorrow. We
go to OKC for her<br
bullet today and ordered the lift for the<br
the van. I have to buy a $3500 lift just because she
doesn’t think<br
just don’t understand the chair only<br
pounds. When I told her that I was going to be forced

grinned from ear to ear<br
to death to find out she was going to start<br
getting an allowance. Seriously though this chair has
opened up a whole<br
dog for a walk in the evening after things<br
off a little. She is pretty smart about the whole

Jodi and I are entering our second childhood Last
weekend it was a gun show and<br
This weekend we drove over to Seminole on Friday<br
night for a big gospel sing. They had over 4000 people
sitting on blankets<br
these top southern gospel groups. Each group<br
twice. We left at midnight and they had not finished the
first go<br
5 in the morning. We weren’t<br
young. Our church took the van and had a group of
folks<br
rigged a hook on the back of<br
wheelchair and we hung the handle of our ice chest that<br
has wheel on one end over the hook and I pulled a
trailer in behind me<br

I got my blood work back. This is my second check
since I was told I had Type 2 in February.<br
HA1c is 5.5. Last time it was 6.5. The microalbumin
was 10.4. This was not tested last time. The doctor
says this is good.<br
Last time it was 260. Again the doctor said this was
good. He is a little concerned about the Triglycerides
which are 220. But the LDL went from 190 to
113.<br
these numbers good and can you explain what they
mean?<br
I don’t have another one that I feel comfortable
with yet to ask these questions.

i am a type 11 diabetic just diaganosed with diabetic retinopathy and cataracts
on both eyes and very scared of losing my sight. aaaanyone else have these
things wrong with them?

Beth’s liquid food regulated to where she has<br
some strength back. She gets up and around<br

Thanks for the suggestions. We are still
struggling with food choices. She wants to eat out all the
time, and figures that she can eat whatever she wants
as long as we adjust her humalog. I know things will
get better. She has to learn how to do injections
herself, or the school nurse will have to do it if
necessary. Like I said, we hope to start doing a pump soon.
Oue educator is in England for a few weeks, so when
she gets back I think we will talk about it.

I don’t appreciate your suggestion for smoking
pot. My husband has done that for 25+ years and we all
suffer for his addiction. Like my 11 year old daughter
is going to be encouraged to smoke pot??????
