Checking in

I’ve been one of those who’s been popping in and
out without saying much. I’ve been kind of in the
dumps, and spending most of my time with a grief club I
belong to. The first anniversary of my Mom’s death is
rapidly approaching. Their house is now empty and up for
sale. The house seems as lonely without them as I am.
My eating is erratic, but I’ve been good about
monitoring at least. Sugar level has been fair, so I’ve
nothing to complain about there. Hope all’s well with
everyone! Jo

Dear Blue,….yes we all went through the loss of
our parents. It is natures way as you must
    know.<br
in our family. You can’t grief too much about it,
I’m not trying to make light of it but it is time to
    pick yourself up ect.<br
liked for you to look after yourself. So why don’t you
honor your Mom by doing so. She will look upon you with
a smile and you can do that….so DO it. She knows
also that you can do it just like you!!!<br

weeks ago it was very sad for all of us especially as i
had spent 6 years of my early life with her. but her
time had come the creator of this world has a
different schedule to ours he knows when to create and when
to change avenues. death is sad for us but the other
person’s spirit has moved on iam muslim and my beliefs are
different from yours but since god didn’t give us different
planets to live on iam assuming our spirits will also
reside in similar places. so we beieve depending on your
work and deeds here on earth god rewards all good
human beings and considering how u feel about her iam
sure she was a good person so smile in her new life
maybe she is happier there without the trials of this
    life.
