Thanx for the welcome

I haven’t been back since my original post. Been
reading up on diabetes and trying to understand what is
happening with my body. I’m less confused than I was but
not by a lot. I’ve been checking my levels 3-4 times
a day and watching my intake carefully, with no
success. It seems that I just can’t lower my levels with
diet. My lowest was this AM, 186 after fasting. My
highest so far was 347, scared the you know what out of
me. I know there are people with levels over 400 at
times but I had never gone over 286 before. Any
suggestions? I’m not sure if what I’m eating is right…I try
to stay below 3 carbs per meal but even with that my
counts are high. Help!<br
