Taty???? Emily, Sharon.

I seem to remember that there was a lady by the
name of Taty. Anyone knows what happened to her. She
seems to have disappeared.<br
heard about on another board and the person using it
was happy about it. Then , about a week later she was
off it, because it acted up on her very badly. She
was glad to be back on the old stuff again. She
thought that she maybe was allergic to it.<br
you like the pump, but as you say you still run into
trouble even with the pump. I would have to lay out $
5000. for that and I find it a bit risky to do that.
I’m on 6 needles per day but keep a reasonable good
average.<br
speaking about your BC. I have the greatest respect for
you, you must help many to overcome the grief

involved. Speaking out is the best way, many don’t say or
help anyone.<br

Lantus doesn’t react badly to many people at all.
I find the difference between lantus and the pump
is that through the day, my insulin needs vary
greatly. In the morning I may meed a lot more than in the
afternoon. Other folks it’s their needs would be Lots of it
in the evening and very little at late night early
morning. I feel the single shot of Lantus doesn’t allow
    for these variances.<br
your insurance is, but in the USA, medicare and the
majority of medical insurances cover the pump and its’
supplies. I for one am sooooo happy to have the 6-8 shots a
day left behind! I never want to be enslaved by such
a routine ever again. It may work for you, but I
have far too much on my plate to have to stop every
three to four hours to shoot up eat and then have to

eat and eat, and eat just to ‘feed the insulin’ I
    took…YUCK!<br
need that flexability and freedome the pump
    gives.<br
lot to do too, as I think she’s getting wedding plans
in order (??) so the ‘pooter takes back seat to my
    daddles doggers and family commitments.<br
hotter than h*** here and I don’t “DO” heat very well.
wilted and tired a lot of the time so….What can I say?
The list isn’t gonna die or such and folks are just
    trying to stay cool.<br

    Hi John, hi everyone,<br
just finished inviting more members. I’ve noticed that
the member count has gone up on it’s own without me
even inviting new members, but I thought I would try
and pick up the member count some more, the more the
    merrier, right, hahaha!<br
doing so well. I’m pretty shy and usually prefer to
remain on the side lines just reading and learning from
everyone else. John, I’m happy to see that I’m missed :-) Thanks.<br
knee amputation. I’m concerned about him putting on
his prosthetic leg without being completely healed,
but I can understand why he’s eager to put the leg on
and continue his life as usual.<br
getting married in 12 days, and I’m very excited. My

sugars haven’t been the greatest, I guess due to the
excitement and stress of it all. Even with the insulin pump,
my sugars have been up and down a lot recently. I’ve
been testing more often so that my sugars won’t be
    high for too long.<br
    to all.<br
