i applaud everyone watching their diets
carefully. i did it for a couple of years and then said the
hell w/ it! it was causing me too much stress and
anxiety to watch everything i put in my mouth. the
dietician told me i could eat whatever i wanted as long as
it’s in moderation. so that’s what i’ve been doing
except i don’t eat certain foods which up my sugars,
like fruit, fruit juices, syrups, reg. pop, and any
other culprit. spiking from sweets doesn’t scare me as
much as the foods which cause high sugars for long
term. but that’s just me, laura
