		<description>I've been a Type 2 for 6 years, and may also have
to go on to insulin if I can't get my 3 mo sugars
down. Sometimes the tablet type meds just lose their
effectiveness over time, and this is what seems to be happening
for me at the moment. I think you've probably done
well to last on them for 11 years.&#60;br
increased the amount of tabs I take and have to see how I
go in the next few months. So far my sugars are a
bit improved, but possibly not enough - I'll just
have to wait and see.&#60;br
