Cheryl one more message… Horse tastes good .. I
have eaten it on several trips to France but did not
know it until after eating it. It is much leaner and
tastes about like our London broil or flank steak. It is
however not a meat that all americans would put at the
top of their shopping list.<br
your posting about dating and diabetes.. I have never
been ashamed of being a diabetic only worried about
all the old horror stories circulating that people
perpetuate! JOHN

John, I could never imagine eating a horse, but
then again, never thought I could ever eat goat, frog
legs, rabbit, squirrel, turtle or squid. I have managed
to make myself taste them and it turned out I liked
them very much. <br
lives (with the economy the way it is) that we will be
eating worse things than
horse!!!<br
