If the doc hasn't a clue, I don't go back. I also have the MiniMed, Disetronic and Animas reps contact that practice.<br another hand if I'm 'stuck in isurance land with this one dude, I also leave flyers in their office about our upcoming pump group meetings and ask the doc himself to come give a talk about anything diabetic.
