That’s what this list is for, right?<br
}.<br
like your idea of getting out and doing something with
the depression instead of the ‘wonder if it’s worth
going on’ bit.<br
very early age as some of you have had, but I was very
preemie and am legally blind from the
incubator.<br
but WHY? WHY should I be the one to go? If other kids
and now people didn’t like me being around, they
could just DEAL WITH IT {
of a support/training type of thing, or
volunteering, even though no one wishes to HIRE me, I can find
plenty to do, and if I’m helping to educate folks, it
helps to motivate me to not hike it to the Donut shop
or such. You GO pal, and do something! That wellness
program begins with you and it is about you and others
like you!<br
and let us know how the program comes out. I even go
on the web and volunteer at askme.com I can answer
questions about diabetes and medicalconditions and
diseases. makes me think and helps other folk
too.<br

Hi Tommy,<br
struggling so much with diabetes these days. Yes, having
diabetes can sometimes suck. But you will be taking a step
in the right direction by going to the Diabetes
Wellness program at your local hospital. Keep working on
it, you WILL eventually get through all these bad
feelings.<br
harder it will be for you to get past all this. Look in
the mirror and tell yourself, “I will do what I have
to do to lose weight and to get my sugars down to a
more normal level”. Sure this is all easier said than
done, but find the strength within you and you will be
back on track to a more healthier you. YOU CAN DO
IT!<br
sugars out of control. Positive thinking can do wonders
for our health.<br
that’s one of the reasons the club is here for. We’re
here to support and help you through all
this.<br

Hey Tommy: What is the name of this club? That’s
what we are here for — support and information. It is
a very frustrating disease; the weight part is very
hard for me because if I don’t take my insulin I start
losing weight immediately. Since I am overweight, that
is quite a temptation — just don’t take the insulin
and lose weight and be “attractive” again. But then
who really wants to look at an attractive body that
has bruises all over it that won’t heal when the
diabetes is not under control or has patches of flaking
skin and dandruff when it’s not under control.
Catch-22 situation. Let the anger out anytime you want to
cause when I get frustrated you’re sure enough going to
hear me complain. LOL<br
