Beating Bad Feelings (tommytga)

Hi Taty,<br
writing this about me? It sure sounded like it. I am 47
years old-A recovering alcoholic-and now 6 months ago I
was told that I have type 2 diabetes.I was put on
glocovance for it and told to watch my diet and then told
good luck! Well you can imagine how this hit me. I
know nothing about diabetes. Just what I have learned
lately-I tired to ignore it but now I have been told thatr
I have nerve damage to both my feet. My blood sugar
levels run from 50 to 280 sometoimes back & forth in a
week. So do my moods. Are my moods connected to my sugar
levels? They just started here a Diabebtes wellness
program at the hospital where I work and I was thinking
about joining it. Heck I don’t know -I just want it to
go away. Now along with my alcohol recovery I have

to fight this too! Sometimes its too much. Thanks
for being here. <br
sorry, I wanted to post to your message and by mistake I

that it would be a good idea for you to join that
Diabetes wellness program, anything that you can learn
about Diabetes will make things easier for you.

lot.<br
will help with the nerve damage, with control the
nerve damage can even be reversed.<br

glucose results. I find that when I’m stressed out my
sugars do tend to elavate.<br

everyone. I’ve had Diabetes for most of my life and I’m
happy to see that there have been advances in the
Diabetes field that are helping people more and more each
year. Hang in there.<br
